A touch of robotics

With this project we move more into robotics, a spider that climbs walls. The current prototype is meant for testing the suitability of servos and the general spider architecture.

It turns out the weight is quite considerable challenge to the servos and we learned a lot about the levers the servos are pulling - it will probably have shorter arms, and be less generic, as it will be climbing most of the times. This can be greatly optimized by its structure.
